Refund Policy


Returns


We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags must be attached

Item must be returned in original packaging


Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.



Non-Returnable Items


The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Pre-order items

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Accessories (including but not limited to jewelry, hats, and hair accessories)

Bodysuits, intimates, or swimwear



Pre-Order Policy


Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page and are final sale.


Estimated ship dates are provided for convenience and are subject to change due to production or supplier delays. Delays in pre-order shipping do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.



Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.


If approved:

Refunds are issued as store credit only

Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days of return approval.



Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order.



Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopfruitofthespirit@gmail.com with photos so we can resolve the issue.



Lost or Delayed Packages


We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


Shipping delays, including carrier delays or pre-order delays, do not qualify for refunds.



Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
