Shipping Policy


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.


Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100.


Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order items are identified on the product page and will ship within the estimated timeframe provided. Estimated ship dates may change without notice due to production or supplier delays.


Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.


Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
